An attendance sheet, signed from every phone.

You type the names

Twenty people, twenty lines. On each line you place that person’s name and signature fields. Up to 50 people can sign the same sheet.

One link goes to the group

Each phone signs once, so the same link can go to everyone at the same time: by text, WhatsApp, email or in a group chat.

Everyone signs their own line

They pick their name and sign in their place. They see the signatures already there, never another person’s phone number or email.

You download when you like

The sheet as it stands after the first signature, and the final PDF once the last line is signed.

You get an email at every signature. The last one arrives as a single email saying the document is fully signed, with a link straight to it.
