What Yanforms Sign does
Upload a PDF, or photos of the paper pages (JPEG, PNG, or HEIC from an iPhone), up to 30 pages. Type the names of the people who sign, place each person’s fields, and send one link, by text, WhatsApp, email or in a group chat.
Choose “each on their own copy”. Everyone signs the same place on their own copy of the document, and you download a single PDF with every copy, one after the other.
What to know before you switch
A PDF, or photos of the paper pages (JPEG, PNG, or HEIC from an iPhone), up to 30 pages. For a Word file or a Google Doc, save it as a PDF first: File, Download, PDF.
Up to 50 people can sign the same document.
What it costs
Free and unlimited for practices with an active Yanforms form. Otherwise, 10 documents a month free, then $9 a month.
