What is free, exactly
Free and unlimited for practices with an active Yanforms form. Otherwise, 10 documents a month free, then $9 a month.
Only the person who sends documents has a Yanforms account. The people who sign open a link, and that is all.
What you can get signed
The documents your team signs: meeting minutes, supervision notes, attendance sheets, agreements and policies.
A PDF, or photos of the paper pages (JPEG, PNG, or HEIC from an iPhone), up to 30 pages. For a Word file or a Google Doc, save it as a PDF first: File, Download, PDF.
Signers need nothing
No. They open your link on their phone, pick their name when several people sign, and sign with a finger. No app to install, no password, no account.
Nothing expires
No countdown, no expiry date, no delete button. Every document you send is still there next month and next year. The original you upload is never altered: each signature is stored on its own, and the signed PDF is put together from them.
