Yanforms

Meeting minutes and supervision notes, signed on a phone.

The minutes are typed, the supervision notes are written: what is missing is the signatures. Upload the document, place each person’s fields, and send one link. Nobody has to come back to the office to sign.

From the table to a signed PDF.

In short

  • Upload a PDF, or photos of the paper pages taken with your phone.
  • Each person signs in their own place: chair, secretary, supervisor, supervisee.
  • An email at every signature, and one when the document is fully signed.
  • The signed PDF stays in your account for good.

From the paper on the table

A PDF, or photos of the paper pages (JPEG, PNG, or HEIC from an iPhone), up to 30 pages. For a Word file or a Google Doc, save it as a PDF first: File, Download, PDF.

Supervision notes, two signatures

A supervisor and a supervisee each get their own fields on the same document, and each signs in their own place from the same link. The second person sees the first signature already there.

You know when it is signed

You get an email at every signature. The last one arrives as a single email saying the document is fully signed, with a link straight to it.

Kept for good

No countdown, no expiry date, no delete button. Every document you send is still there next month and next year. The original you upload is never altered: each signature is stored on its own, and the signed PDF is put together from them.

Questions, answered

Can I photograph handwritten minutes instead of scanning them?

Yes. Upload photos of the paper pages, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC from an iPhone, up to 30 pages.

Do the people signing need an account?

No. They open your link on their phone, pick their name when several people sign, and sign with a finger. No app to install, no password, no account.

Which phones does it work on?

It opens in the phone’s web browser, iPhone or Android, like any web page. A tablet or a computer works too.

How much does it cost?

Free and unlimited for practices with an active Yanforms form. Otherwise, 10 documents a month free, then $9 a month.
