The documents your team signs: meeting minutes, supervision notes, attendance sheets, agreements and policies.
How it works
Upload a PDF, or photos of the paper pages (JPEG, PNG, or HEIC from an iPhone), up to 30 pages. Type the names of the people who sign, place each person’s fields, and send one link, by text, WhatsApp, email or in a group chat.
Each person opens the link on their phone, picks their name, and signs with a finger. You download the signed PDF.
No account for signers
No. They open your link on their phone, pick their name when several people sign, and sign with a finger. No app to install, no password, no account.
It opens in the phone’s web browser, iPhone or Android, like any web page. A tablet or a computer works too.
What you keep
No countdown, no expiry date, no delete button. Every document you send is still there next month and next year. The original you upload is never altered: each signature is stored on its own, and the signed PDF is put together from them.
You get an email at every signature. The last one arrives as a single email saying the document is fully signed, with a link straight to it.
What it costs
Free and unlimited for practices with an active Yanforms form. Otherwise, 10 documents a month free, then $9 a month.
